Touch & Display all in one embedded solution: Combining TIO touch screens with liquid crystal displays. Different thick strengthened (tempered or chemically) cover glass with/without anti-glare treatment makes them well suited for deployment in a wide variety of commercial and industrial environments.

With a Evolution ITO touch panel and chip-on-board (COB) touch controller bonded to a commercial or Industrial grade LCD, All touch LCM display modules deliver reliability that help streamline your supply chain and simplify assembly.

Bonding Solution Options

1). Optical Bonding is a technical process in which the display and the touch screen are seamlessly and completely bonded together with LOCA or other optical adhesive.

2). Tape Bonding is currently the most common way of bonding, that is, simply fix the touch screen and the four sides of the display with double-sided adhesive. Because of its low cost and simple application, it is favored by small and medium-sized manufacturers. However, there is an air layer between the display screen and the touch screen, so that the display effect is not satisfactory.
